Utilising the strongest exhaust valves on the market, the AES Racing valve ensures that these mufflers are still built tough to withstand the extremes of performance exhaust systems. The valve is vacuum actuated and is operated via a supplied vacuum pump, with can be controlled by a supplied on/off switch or ECU controlled by numerous engine condition factors.
These are sold as an option for muffler only, which is BYO valve, and does not come with the AES Racing valve or vband connection. This is the perfect option for those looking to retain OEM valves or using your own valve.
The complete valve set up includes the AES Racing valve, supplied tig welded with a v-band connection onto the muffler to keep the valve serviceable, and also gives flexibility to rotate the actuator 3600 degrees. Please specify left hand or right hand rotation on the actuator (when looking at the valve outlet). **Right hand rotation is pictured below**. This option includes the full AES Racing valve kit, with supplied MAC valve, vacuum pump and switch to operate.
