Returns/refunds

SP Mufflers we do NOT offer returns on our products for any reason not covered in our warranty section. This includes but is not limited to change of mind or incorrect orders placed. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the products they are ordering are fit for purpose.

Warranties 

All SP Mufflers products are covered by a LIMITED manufacturer warranty covering only defects in the manufacturing and craftsmanship.

The products supplied by SP Mufflers must be installed in a manner that protects them from any damage that may occur during installation. SP Mufflers cannot be held liable for product failure or damage caused by improper installation and/or improper handling. 

The sole obligation of SP Mufflers will be to repair or replace the defective product after inspection by a SP Muffler representative. The SP Muffler warranty makes absolutely NO ALLOWANCE for labor claims. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred to remove the defective product or to re-install the replacement product, nor does this limited warranty cover the cost to repair any damage sustained to the motor or any other parts on the vehicle which may have been caused by the defective product. The warranty limits liability to the replacement or repair of the defective product only.

For all warranty claims please contact us at sales@spmufflers with subject "Warranty Claim" including your contact & invoice details. Please gives us a few days to process and asses the claim.
